Content Strategist

Position Summary:

A Content Strategist plays a key role in planning, developing, and managing content to align with business goals, user needs, and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B content strategies

Craft comprehensive plans for content marketing campaigns that align with Zaphyre’s lead generation goals, focusing on boosting brand authority, driving website traffic, and converting high-quality B2B leads through multi-channel approaches (e.g., blog posts, email sequences, LinkedIn content, and gated resources).

Conduct audience and market research

Analyze target industries, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), competitor content, and market trends to inform strategy, ensuring content resonates with decision-makers.

Oversee content creation and operations

Collaborate with writers, designers, and the sales team to produce high-impact assets like case studies, whitepapers, email templates, and social media posts; establish content calendars, workflows, and governance to maintain consistency and scalability.

Integrate content with lead gen funnels

Design content that supports the full marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion), including nurturing sequences for hot/warm/cold leads, A/B testing, and alignment with services like email marketing, LinkedIn automation, and cold calling.

Measure and optimize performance

Track KPIs such as lead volume, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and ROI using tools like multi-touch attribution; refine strategies based on data to maximize sales pipeline impact.

Align marketing and sales goals

Work cross-functionally to ensure content supports Zaphyre’s go-to-market strategies, onboarding processes, and client outcomes, while spearheading branding initiatives for internal and client-facing materials.

Manage multi-channel distribution

Plan and execute content rollout across Zaphyre’s website, blog, email platforms, LinkedIn, and other channels to build authority and generate measurable leads.
