Key Responsibilities:
Email Outreach and Campaign Work
Develop email drip sequences for client cold email campaigns.
Create email drop sequences for internal brand campaigns.
Review performance metrics and identify weak points in active outreach campaigns.
Optimize and restrategize campaigns based on achieved KPIs and ongoing performance insights.
Create social media strategies for clients and internal brands.
Produce high quality content for social media posts across multiple platforms.
Align content with brand tone, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.
Cold Call Script Development
Create cold call scripts for client outreach campaigns.
Create cold call scripts for internal brand outreach activities.
Maintain clarity, persuasion, and compliance across all scripts.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Participate in cross functional meetings and discussions.
Provide input on content strategy, messaging, and campaign direction.
Support teams with content related recommendations that improve campaign outcomes.
Marketing Collateral Development
Create content for one pagers, capability statements, ebooks, case studies, and other designed marketing collaterals as required for internal brand and client needs.
Spearhead design direction for all marketing collaterals in collaboration with relevant teams.
Maintain cohesive brand identity and quality standards across all produced materials.

Deliver high quality work with consistent attention to detail.
Meet deadlines and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Maintain a strong understanding of outreach best practices and content performance principles.
Demonstrate professional communication with internal teams and client stakeholders.
