Elementor & UI Building (High Priority):
Proficiency in using Elementor or equivalent page builders to create clean, consistent, and responsive user interfaces.
Strong ability to design intuitive layouts, incorporate interactive elements, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for custom UI enhancements.
Core WordPress Basics (High Priority):
In-depth understanding of WordPress fundamentals, including site setup, content management (pages, posts, custom post types), plugin installation and configuration, theme development, and child theme creation.
Experience with WordPress multisite, custom taxonomies, and the block editor (Gutenberg).
Familiarity with WordPress coding standards and best practices.
Problem Solving:
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues, such as plugin conflicts, theme bugs, database errors, and security vulnerabilities.
Skilled in debugging tools (e.g., WP Debug, Query Monitor) and logical troubleshooting methodologies.
Experience handling migration, updates, and compatibility challenges.
Speed & Optimization:
Expertise in performance optimization techniques, including image compression, caching strategies (e.g., Redis, WP Rocket), lazy loading, and minimizing plugin bloat.
Knowledge of tools like GTmetrix, Lighthouse, or PageSpeed Insights for auditing and improving site speed.
Understanding of database optimization, CDN integration, and server-side tweaks.
Communication & Attitude:
