Elementor & UI Building (High Priority):

Core WordPress Basics (High Priority):

• In-depth understanding of WordPress fundamentals, including site setup, content management (pages, posts, custom post types), plugin installation and configuration, theme development, and child theme creation.

• Experience with WordPress multisite, custom taxonomies, and the block editor (Gutenberg).

• Familiarity with WordPress coding standards and best practices.

Problem Solving:

• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues, such as plugin conflicts, theme bugs, database errors, and security vulnerabilities.

• Skilled in debugging tools (e.g., WP Debug, Query Monitor) and logical troubleshooting methodologies.

• Experience handling migration, updates, and compatibility challenges.

Speed & Optimization:

• Expertise in performance optimization techniques, including image compression, caching strategies (e.g., Redis, WP Rocket), lazy loading, and minimizing plugin bloat.

• Knowledge of tools like GTmetrix, Lighthouse, or PageSpeed Insights for auditing and improving site speed.

• Understanding of database optimization, CDN integration, and server-side tweaks.
